Another Update

Long time since an update >>>

February 24, 2010:

Mostly I'm just seeing if posting is working.  I wrote a long entry about a month ago and I lost it as soon as I hit "save."

Here are highlights since August:

- Ran the San Antonio Marathon on November 15, 2009.  I finished in around 5:55.  It was over 80 degrees by the end of it and I was pretty sick and exhausted the rest of the day.  Didn't help that the half marathon medals looked exactly the same as the full marathon medals, which I felt really downplayed the significance.

- Thanksgiving was at the Yenetchi's, then Christmas was at the Yenetchi's with my parents, and New Years at my parents, with Kyle and Jen flying in to celebrate the "second Christmas"

- Shortly after Christmas, Pam and I got new phones with texting, and I built an HTPC to go with the 50 inch DLP 720p television we bought used from a friend.

- I started, took down, and brought back goondip.com, a diplomacy web site I took a base, open-source web app and added to it.

- Owlcon was last weekend, and my brother flew in from Florida to .  I have a new favorite game: Pandemic.  It's 2-4 players against the board.  Either everyone wins or everyone loses.
