Finals are finally over!

In an effort to journal more in my blog, I thought I'd do an update.
Sorry, I have still not taken photos of my scooter, but I will soon.
The last few weeks have been pretty crazy because of finals. As usual, I did not keep up with everything during the semester so I had to basically learn all the material in the 2 weeks leading up to the test.
I spent a LOT of time studying for my Contracts exam. Contracts was the subject that I didn't feel real great about, so I spent a lot more time studying it. Come the day of the Contracts test, I found the test difficult, but I didn't feel like I did poorly. My expectation is that I got a B or B+.
After my Contracts test, I spent a lot of time studying for Property. In fact I took off two days of work and studied nearly non-stop through those four days through the weekend. I did not feel I did well. It was a 3 hour test and I finished in just over 2 hours because I ran out of things to say. My answer to the second essay was very short, and I had to go back and change 5 of the 40-something multiple choice answers. It's just one of those tests that is worded confusingly. On top of that, I neglected to take my ADD meds that morning so my head was a little cloudy anyway.
In any case, I don't think these grades are going to push me up to the top 50% of the class I need to write-on to the International Law Journal. I still haven't completely decided on whether to go with Journal or Advocates, but if I can't make the cut for the International Law Journal, that's definitely a stronger case for joining Advocates.
