Everyone Loves a Scooter

I finally got the scooter on Saturday.  I spent Sunday driving it around, getting used to it, and I drove it into work today.

One thing that I've noticed is that everyone loves a scooter.  I haven't passed a single pedestrian that didn't return a smile to me when I passed by.  I've been let into lanes and waved at by other scooters.  I even had a guy crossing a crosswalk yell to me (while at a red light) "Good Morning Scootaaaah!".

I love the scooter.  I'm going to find it hard to ride my bike to work anymore now that I have this.  I just hope the weather keeps up the way it is until I can get a poncho.

So I gather you got the title mess straightened out? I'm envious, but I would some day like to get a nice electric scooter, but the one I want (37 mph/40+ mile range) is $3,000...
