Half Marathon Training Starts Saturday

My half-marathon training with Houston FIT starts on Saturday.  I haven't been doing much in the exercise department lately.  I've gone the full memorial loop (3 miles) twice this week, but both times were mostly walking.  This morning I did it completely walking, in the rain no less.

They have the first week's schedule up.  Saturday is a time trial.  I have no doubts that I'm in the red group (10+ minute mile).  Then I need to do 15 minutes of run/walk on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, then a 2 mile run on the following Saturday.  That doesn't sound too hard.  I'm glad they start me off slow!
