June 25, 2006:

On our way to the ferry, I stopped at the Upper Texas Coast site #61 on the Great Coastal Texas Birding Trail. I have to say, it was a pretty sad site. It looks like there is no regular maintainance, so the all the trails were pretty overgrown. We didn't stay very long because the Texas heat was bearing down on us. On the bright side, Pam got some great pictures of flowers in the area.
