Our first stop was in Seabrook, TX as a place called Neptune Subs. We were real hungry and looking for a place to eat, and they were advertising "homemade egg salad." We stopped in and Pam got the egg salad sandwich, and I was seduced by the deluxe italian sub, which was a regular italian sub, but with roasted red peppers. It was very good :) This place also had what was called "Bald Mondays," which means that every Monday, you get a percentage off of your meal. So if you're 80% bald, you get 80% off! We joked about bringing Pam's dad (who has been bald since his 20s) and headed off towards Galveston.
